We are looking for experienced independent sales representatives to join our network, promoting high-end design lighting products. A key selling point is the excellent lumen-to-price ratio of our products, ensuring high value for discerning clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Lumen Center’s premium lighting collections to high-end retailers, with a focus on luxury furniture and lighting stores.
- Engage with specifiers such as architects, light designers, and interior designers as an additional target for select projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and partners.
- Offer tailor-made solutions to meet specific project needs, leveraging the brand’s flexibility in design and production.
Territory Coverage: The focus will be on the northern regions of Germany, specifically targeting postal code areas (PLZ) starting with 2 (Bremen, Hamburg, Lower Saxony, Schleswig-Holstein) and 1 (Berlin, Brandenburg). Required Profile:
- Industry Expertise: Proven experience in the lighting, furniture, or design sectors with an existing portfolio of premium or luxury clients.
- Established Network: Strong connections with high-end retailers and distributors, as well as architects and interior designers.
- Active Mandates: Currently representing other premium design or lighting brands, allowing for synergy in client outreach.
- Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to handle complex sales processes, providing customized solutions for high-profile clients.
